SEF/SMF Viewpoints

We want to give students the opportunity to see, even if it’s just for a moment, the rational behind why someone would choose to follow a different religion and why Christ is still the answer that person seeks. We will do this by facilitating an interactive learning environment where students hear from professors and mission representatives about 5 main viewpoints (Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Atheism, and Animism/New Age) and have the opportunity to take on a new identity as a follower of one of those religions. We will be incorporating discussion and further teaching on how the gospel responds to those viewpoints.
