Hollee's Cafe, located in the Student Center, is LBC's go to meeting place and coffee shop. Guests can enjoy daily breakfast items or ready to go salads, sandwiches and snack with our selection of Chef Fresh items. We also proudly serve New Holland Coffee Co.

Hollee's is managed for the college by Metz Culinary Management, LBC food contractor.

Hollee's begin at LBC with a generous gift of the business name, furnishings and equipment of a previously owned locate coffee shop. The first location on campus for Hollee's was in the lounge of Sebastian Academic Complex. When the Student Center was created Hollee's was moved to provide the main food vending option for the student lounge.
