Joy El is a ministry that seeks to provide opportunities for people to experience life-change through personal encounters with God.

This is done through Bible Adventure/Christians in Action (CIA) public school released time program, through the 4.12 Leadership Training Program and through overnight, day, and wilderness camping programs.

Opportunities to minister to students during the school day and campers during the summer.
