The Physical Plant buildings are the central hub for all of the college's maintenance/repairs of all utilities and faculties on campus, housing keeping services and supplies, and caring for grounds of LBC including vegetation, sidewalks, parking areas year round. The building is open during the college's normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Resident students needing the support services of Physical Plant should work directly through their Resident Assistant or the Student Affairs Office to request Physical Plant's assistance.
