Title IX Non-Discrimination Notice

Lancaster Bible College does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in all education programs or activities that the College operates—including admission and employment—as required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1973 (“Title IX”) and its implementing regulations.

Inquiries about Title IX may be referred to the College’s Title IX Coordinator, Deputy Title IX Coordinator, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, or all of these parties. Lancaster Bible College’s Title IX Coordinator is Chris McNamara, and her office is located in the Charles Frey Academic Center. The Deputy Title IX Coordinator is Robert Wegman, and his office is located in Public Safety in the Student Center.
